Autumn, you are the season about loss
There is sadness as the leaves drop from your trees,
And I crunch them under my feet.
The sound, reminding me o fthe breaking of hearts when
relationships end.
Bareness of trees, reminding me I'm getting older as another year comes to an end,
And winter approaches with her lonliness

Family is such a good thing. Over this Labor Day holiday, we had a family reunion, and it was a very enjoyable time. (I am buried in the pictures! Look in the middle with a blue stripe on my shirt) I had the opportunity to see family members that I haven't seen in YEARS! We have all agreed that we need to do a better job of keeping in touch, which is easier said than done, considering we live all across the world, literally. But, regardless, they are all loved even if we don't see each other too often.

The weather was not playing nice on my way home. There were hurricane and tornado related weather that wreaked havoc on our drive. By the grace of God, we made it safely home.
